Everyone’s favorite pop parodist is going to be closing out the epic two-day gaming convention taking place in Anaheim California next week.

“Hoist your accordions and ready your battle-axes,” Blizzard writes, “the legendary ‘Weird Al’ Yankovic will be taking the stage on Saturday, November 5, to close out Blizzard’s two-day gaming convention with his epic multimedia rock and comedy live show”. But you can still watch the event with the BlizzCon Virtual Ticket or order the Pay Per View event if you are a DIRECTV customer, which will stream live the entire convention.

“I’m very excited to be playing at BlizzCon”, says Al, “because it’ll be one of the few times in my life where a significant percentage of the audience is even nerdier than I am!” If you do decide to pick up the Virtual Ticket to catch Weird Al, you will also claim some in-game items for a variety of current Blizzard games.
