The Walking Dead: A New Frontier is a game many have been waiting for; a return to the beautiful story of The Walking Dead Telltale series, and the return of the beloved Clementine. Telltale has officially released the launch trailer for the game, set to release December 20th.
“When family is all you have left… how far will you go to protect it? Years after society was ripped apart by undead hands, pockets of civilization emerge from the chaos. But at what cost? Can the living be trusted on this new frontier?”
The trailer hints that “The New Frontier” is actually a gang, branded and potentially dangerous. As Clem says in the trailer, “They used to be decent people, now they’re somethin’ else.”
We get a lot of new faces in the trailer, but Clementine’s new jaded teen look is exciting, including her lack of finger, and there’s a brief shot of her holding a baby, which could make this episode very dramatic. The description of the video talks about family. Could these new characters all be related, trying to get back together, or save each other from “The New Frontier”, with the help of Clementine?
The Walking Dead: A New Frontier launches its 2-part episode release on December 20 for PC, PS4, Xbox One, iOS, and Android.
