DC Universe Online, the iconic superhero MMO by Daybreak Games, has reached its 6th anniversary, and with a birthday comes celebrations. From now until January 31st, super heroes and super villians will be teaming up to take on the Anti-Monitor, an ancient being from the Antimatter Universe. Players will be traveling through time to visit a new Metropolis that is under attack from the Antimatter Dimension.
Players above level 10 will be scaled up to a high combat level for the event, allowing nearly every player the ability to participate in the anniversary celebrations. There will be new open world missions in a new zone called the Metropolis Antimatter Invasion Zone, and a new 8-player raid called Centennial Collapse.
New items will be available for a limited time, including Anti-Monitor gear, styles, and mods based on the Qwardians, the people of the other mysterious dimension. New items will be available from the added content and in new Anniversary Time Capsules.
