A Pixel Story, beautiful puzzle platformer that charts the evolution of video games in its changing levels and graphics, previously just on PC, is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on February 24th.
BAFTA-nominated A Pixel Story is a beautiful tribute to the history of video games. As you move ahead in the game, the graphics and surroundings change and become more detailed and dangerous. You’ll travel from 8-bit to current generation games in this unique puzzle platformer.
It’s a tongue-in-cheek game made for those that already love games, and will appreciate humor, “Unlock the awesome power of your snappy Magical Teleportation Hat to solve tricky environmental puzzles as you traverse across six large free-form zones, interact with a diverse range of characters, and attempt to stop the evil OS from destroying the universe.”
The hat mechanics take a little to get used to, but it just adds to the puzzling of the game. You must learn how your teleportation powers can get you out of each predicament and get you to the next part of the game.
Developed by Lamplight Studios and published by Rising Star Games, A Pixel Story is coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on February 24th for $11.99.
