The Walking Dead: The Telltale Series – A New Frontier is coming to retail stores in the form of a season pass disc coming February 28th in North America and March 3rd in Europe, according to an official release by Telltale.
The physical disc will be available for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, and will include the two premiere episodes, Ties that Bind I & II, and will grant buyers access to all other episodes as they come out, allowing for a download. We also got a new retail trailer, complete with quotes from the first 2 episodes of the game, and booming bass.
The cover to the physical game features Clem, Javi, and Kate under a full moon and a walker. It’s decidedly dramatic.
Telltale Games also confirms that Episode 3 will be called “Above the Law”, and will come out later this month, probably lining up with the retail release for the game. “Look for more details on the episode in the coming weeks here and on our social media pages.”
We’ll be seeing more of our heroes come the end of the month, learning more about Clem’s backstory and hopefully finally finding out what happened to AJ in the events between seasons 2 and 3.
