Coming to the Public Test Realm March 6th, Heroes of the Storm is getting the most adorable little Protoss Probe as a new playable character. “Since his activation, Probius has always wanted to prove himself. He may be small, but he made a big difference by warping in a critical pylon during the retaking of Aiur. As the bravest of probes, Probius is eager to fulfill his purpose in the Nexus.”
This adorable little one comes from StarCraft, and will be a builder, most likely support and defense, a Specialist. His known skins are called Curious Probe, Master Probius, and Terran Probius. Probius can drop Pylons and shields, and even buff them using Pylon Overcharge, a heroic ability that makes them larger, and allows them to attack enemies. This hero will take a lot of getting used to, and a lot of forethought to be the cold-blooded killer he has the potential to be.
The trailer is a bit morbid, showing Probius unwilling to follow his teammates, witnessing their horrible deaths, then luring the enemy into a trap he had accidentally laid. Based on the comments on the Twitter announcement, fans are already excited, and find him pretty damn adorable.
