In an upcoming free content update, Dying Light is getting a new hard mode.
At the time there’s no concrete release date, but Techland expects the mode to release sometime around the beginning of March, or even sooner.
”A few gamers have already finished Dying Light and are asking for more. So we’re going to give our community a new challenge that will put everything they learnt in the game to the test. Hard Mode is exactly that,” says producer Tymon Smektała.
New features coming with the new hard mode are an increased night-time difficulty, where the infected are fore more aggressive and vicious than before. This leads to increased reliance on stealth and supplies will be far more limited.
