Is a one terabyte Xbox One in the works?

A listing on a Spanish retailer website seems to suggest that a model of the Xbox One that contains double the storage space than the current one does could be coming from Microsoft.

The listing doesn’t include much information other than a price of €449.99, and a supposed release date of June 23.

The interesting part about this release date is that it gives Microsoft a chance to announce a new Xbox One model during E3, with the chance to reveal that it could be available in stores less than a week later.

An Xbox One with a 1 TB hard drive was previously released, but only in a limited edition Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare bundle, now only found at a much higher price.

Both the Xbox One and PlayStation 4 currently contain 500 GB hard drives, but more and more games released are requiring install space as high as 50 GB. Along with a larger number of updates and patches, players have been concerned with filling up their consoles hard drive faster than ever.

Do you think there’s truth to the rumor? Would you be interested?
