Recently released Obsidian Entertainment title Pillars of Eternity having only been out on March 26th of 2015 will be getting an expansion soon. The hit role playing-game will be getting its next expansion titled “Pillars of Eternity: The White March Part 1” was announced to be in development during E3 2015.
The expansion was part of a pledge add-on for the game’s successful Kickstarter which managed to raise just under $4 million USD; however, it will become available for all to purchase. Being presumably a multi-parter; the expansion will have even more content as a whole. This expansion will contain a higher cap level, brand new abilities, companions and an extensive addition to the game’s story and plotline.
If you haven’t already, definitely take a look at Pillars of Eternity if you’re a fan of old school RPGs like Baldur’s Gate or Planescape: Torment or even Divinity: Original Sin.
