Star Wars: The Old Republic expansion announced

A new expansion has been announced at the EA press conference at E3, titled Star Wars The Old Republic: Knights of the Fallen Empire. The game was described as a way of bringing the story back to the series, the most requested improvement from fans.While we didn't see any gameplay, we were shown a trailer giving a vague outline of the story in the new expansion. It will apparently revolve around a rivalry between two assumed twin brothers who take sides of the republic and the empire. There are also a few screenshots and some concept art here.

The site tells us that we will start at level 60 to accommodate newcomers. There will be eight class stories, you will be able to build a team of allies with friends and apparently there will be “new chapters released on a regular basis.”

The expansion will be completely free for all subscribers and will be launching this October.
