After recently bringing an end to the long stream of free DLC for The Witcher 3, CD Projekt Red is turning their focus to the first piece of paid DLC for the game. Speaking at PAX Prime, CD Projekt Red’s Travis Currit, via Dualshockers, opened up about the upcoming expansion, saying, its “almost ready, and shaping up really nicely,” just in time for its perspective October release.

Titled “Heart of Stone,” the expansion is roughly 10 hours of content and, according the description when it was first announced, will see players return to No Man’s Land and Oxenfurt, where Geralt will “try to complete a contract from the mysterious Man of Glass. Caught in a thick tangle of deceit, Geralt will need all his cunning and strength to solve the mystery and emerge unscathed.”

Currit also had a tease to drop when it came to Gwent, the card game found within The Witcher 3. Asked if there was any chance of a standalone release, he evaded the question, but did offer that there was “good news” coming down the pipeline for fans of the card game.

Though there is still no word on individual pricing for the paid DLC, “Heart of Stone,” and the second paid DLC expansion, “Blood and Wine,” are both included in The Witcher 3’s season pass for a total of $25.
