Halo 5 pre-load now available, day one patch details outlined

Pre-loading for the upcoming release of Halo 5 -- both standard and digital deluxe -- is now available for those who have preordered a digital copy on the Xbox One Marketplace. Pre-loading allows the player to launch the game immediately upon its release on October 27th at 12:01 am  EDT.A day-one multiplayer patch has been detailed which will "supplement online multiplayer with map content" for Arena and Warzone multiplayer modes. Setting the console to instant-on will allow the update to download automatically when it is released sometime prior to the launch of the game.

The final release of the game will be right around 60 GB, though it is unclear if this number includes the incoming patch.
