World of Tanks adds new map and game mode with Update 9.12

In their latest update, World of Tanks developer Wargaming announced a new Berlin map and a new game mode entitled Rampage."This all-new game mode [Rampage] challenges even the most proficient tank commander by adding fresh mechanics such as respawns, Garage Battles, tank repair stations and a Capture the Flag variant," the developer explained, "It also brings new “Artillery” and “Airstrike” abilities, capable of inflicting major damage on the battlefield. Now players must evolve their strategy and tweak their tactics to claim victory."

In their latest update, World of Tanks developer Wargaming announced a new Berlin map and a new game mode entitled Rampage.

The new map, Berlin, and a new set of Personal Battle Missions are also available to play in Rampage mode. If players do well in the Personal Battle Missions, not only will they unlock unique medals, but they will also unlock the Tier 10 T-22 sr. tank. The full patch notes can be found here.

Wargaming also announced an upcoming open beta for a PS4 version of World of Tanks. There is no word yet on an official release date, but the developer does say the PS4 version is “coming soon.”

World of Tanks is out now for Xbox One, Xbox 360, and PC.
