Fig's newest crowdfunded campaign game is a Jay and Silent Bob beat 'em up

As the short skit video above reveals, there's a new game on the horizon. Utilizing the crowdfund program Fig, developers Interabang Entertainment are working together with Kevin Smith on Jay and Silent Bob: Chronic Blunt Punch.  The game takes a step out of the movie world and into video game form for the first time and is fleshed out with Kevin's help. The game is a beat 'em up game that is driven by a narrative. You can check out their campaign here. The desire to work on this game originates from Interabang Entertainment's first project, SuperComboMan. During production for this game, the team had spent many hours of freetime watching through Kevin Smith's movies. As such, they were driven to creating a project using these assets until the idea was presented to the man himself. With his consent, the team now turn to Fig in order to crowd source their dream game for the duo. The reason for utilizing crowdfunding was to allow the team to create whatever content they want with the game without any restrictions. Something that is integral to retain the Jay and Silent Bob 'feel'.
