Kojima reveals Death Stranding

Sony has just wrapped up their E3 press conference and they did not disappoint. One of the highlights for fans around the world was when Hideo Kojima stepped onto the stage and made the ground glow around him. After adamant cheers from the crowd, he declared "I'm back."It was now time for Kojima Productions to show off their first major title. With Hideo getting free reign in his own studio, you knew it had to be something crazy. With that in mind, the trailer opens to dessert of some sort, with prints appearing in the sand. A naked man lying with a child, who looks to be attached to him, is then panned over. The crowed cheered with glee as the man rose and had the face of none other than Norman Reedus. For those who don't know, Reedus was supposed to be in Kojima's Silent Hills, before it was cancelled. Somehow the baby disappears and Reedus' character stares into the sky at 5 figures floating in the sky, looking almost god-like.

The crowed cheered with glee as the man rose and had the face of none other than Norman Reedus. For those who don’t know, Reedus was supposed to be in Kojima’s Silent Hills, before it was cancelled. As an extra bonus, game industry veteran Mike Cerny appeared in the credits as the Technical Producer. He has worked titles such as Ratchet & Clank, God of War III, Uncharted, and much more. While this trailer brings us far more questions than answers, we can take solace in the fact that Kojima continues to make our head spin, instead of giving us something we probably have seen before. Just take a look for yourself.
