PlayStation Now is making its way to PC
Sony has announced that the PlayStation Now app will soon be making its way over to Windows PCs.On the PlayStation Blog, Sony announced that the PlayStation Now app will allow gamers to play PlayStation exclusive franchises such as God of War and Ratchet and Clank on Windows PCs. The service's library currently has over 400 games, and is the PlayStation 4's form backwards compatibility.

On the PlayStation Blog, Sony announced that the PlayStation Now app will allow gamers to play PlayStation exclusive franchises such as God of War and Ratchet and Clank on Windows PCs. The service’s library currently has over 400 games, and is the PlayStation 4’s form backwards compatibility.
Along with the announcement of the PC version of PlayStation Now, Sony also announced the DualShock 4 USB Wireless Adapter. The adapter will cost gamers $24.99, and will allow players to wireless connect a DualShock 4 controller to a PC or Mac. The adapter will release in early September.
The PlayStation Blog also gave the specs to run the PlayStation Now app on PC, apart from the minimum 5 Mbps connection that is required to run the service on any device:
- Windows 7 (SP1), 8.1, or 10
- 3.5 GHz Intel Core i3 or 3.8 GHz AMD A10 or faster
- 300 MB or more; 2GB or more of RAM
- Sound card; USB port
The PlayStation Now app does not have an official release date, though it will come to Europe “soon,” and will then make its way over to North America. You can see the full library of games on the service here.
