Resident Evil 0 HD video compares Nintendo 64, original and remastered graphics

Capcom has released a new video for Resident Evil 0 HD, providing visual comparisons for the different versions of the game. I've included the video at the very bottom of this post. Unlike most comparison videos, Capcom has taken a deeper look at the history of the game. This video brings together the prototype game, which was originally produced for the Nintendo 64 in 1999, the Gamecube release in 2002, and the new upcoming remastered version.Capcom announced Resident Evil Zero HD/ Biohazard 0 HD Remaster (in Japan, and a much cooler sounding title in my eyes) a high-definition remake of 2002's Gamecube-exclusive Resident Evil Zero back in May of this year.

Capcom has released a new video for Resident Evil 0 HD, providing visual comparisons for the different versions of the game. I’ve included the video at the very bottom of this post. Capcom announced Resident Evil Zero HD/ Biohazard 0 HD Remaster (in Japan, and a much cooler sounding title in my eyes) a high-definition remake of 2002’s Gamecube-exclusive Resident Evil Zero back in May of this year.

Along with these updated visuals, Resident Evil 0 HD will have everything you expect from a remake: improved sound, widescreen support and the option to use a “modern” control set-up. Resident Evil 0 is set before the original Resident Evil, which recently got it’s own remake.

This game follows STARS officer Rebecca Chambers and Billy Coen, a prisoner on death row. The duo must team up, which follows into gameplay as well were the player has to switch between the two characters during “partner zapping.” Each character has unique abilities. You can also control both, or have them separate to cover more ground.

Resident Evil 0 HD launches in early 2016 for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PC.
