More rewards hit the North American My Nintendo

Rolled out months ago, Nintendo is pushing their newest account rewards program even more with a new slew of rewards available to redeem in North America. These new rewards vary from games, discount codes and digital items for social apps such as Miitomo. In order to receive these rewards, users must purchase these rewards with a currency built into the program. Currency comes in three flavors, silver, gold and platinum. Gold can be received by purchasing from the eShop, and are the most valuable. Platinum is received by completing activities in Miitomo and Silver is a basic currency that is achieved by simply using Nintendo services.The current line up of rewards for the North American program is as follows:

My Nintendo is the successor to Club Nintendo, and so far, with some of these rewards, the rewards are very much worth it. There doesn’t seem to be physical merchandise available like with Club Nintendo, but you can never say never with what Nintendo plans to do as My Nintendo ramps up.
