Treyarch announced today that the multiplayer beta for their upcoming title, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, will begin on August 19, exclusively for Playstation 4 owners.
No timetable was given for the arrival of the beta on Xbox One and PC, while no information was provided as to what the beta will actually contain.
It was also confirmed that the beta will not be available on last-gen consoles, such as the Playstation 3 and Xbox 360.
Players who want to participate in the beta can guarantee themselves a spot by pre-ordering the game, digitally or physically.
