EA and Sony have teamed up to create a bundle that includes a PlayStation 4 and NHL 16. The bundle will only be made available in Canada, per Sony’s announcement today.
The NHL 16-PlayStation 4 bundle will be released on September 15th, 2015, the same date that NHL 16 is officially released. The bundle will cost $450. Sony and EA have teamed up before, creating a bundle last year that included a PlayStation 4, Little Big Planet 3 and NHL 15, and they have made bundles for many years prior to this one.
The offer is only available in Canada, but shoppers in the United States can look forward to Star Wars Battlefront and Destiny bundles that will be available in the future.
The bundle features the new cover image of Chicago Blackhawks captain, Jonathan Toews raising the cup by himself. Patrick Kane was dropped from the cover and all events to support NHL 16 in the midst of the ongoing sexual assault investigation against Kane.
