Redwood takes place in a northern Californian Redwood Forest.  In the video Bunting talks about how he feels the map is different from others in the upcoming title.  Redwood was also the last map developed for Black Ops II, a feature that worked to its benefit according to Bunting and Vonderhaar.

Firebreak, the new Specialist character, relies heavily on fire based abilities.  The character’s main weapon is a flamethrower called a “Purifier” which is capable of sweeping a room clean.  They also have the ability called Heat Wave which blasts enemies with a burst of heat.

Activision will hold additional “Black Ops Fridays” livestreams on every Friday through the end of October.

The game is set for release on November 5th on console and PC.

What will you do with the firepower of Firebreak?  How will you use the trees of Redwood?  Let us know in the comments below.
