Earlier this week Bungie released the Destiny 2.0.1 update. This update included the addition of micro-transactions, brought back the Iron Banner, nerfed shotguns, and more.

Bungie responded to the many player concerns in the most recent Bungie Weekly Update. Bungie announced that another update will bring “more frequent and more powerful” rewards for Nightfall missions. This comes on the heels of complaints that the rewards were very underwhelming for the challenge that the Nightfall missions presented. Bungie agreed with the players on this.

There were references to purchasable Kings Fall consumable buffs in Destiny files that players were concerned about, but Bungie addressed this concern quickly. “We’re not doing that,” Bungie said. “Ultimately, the team decided that they didn’t have a place in the game, and cut them from the experience. You’re seeing some dust and echoes from the cutting floor.”

In addition, Bungie announced that the Trials of Osiris event for this weekend was delayed due to a bug with the Nightstalker Hunter sub-class. Also, Hard mode will be coming to the King’s Fall raid on October 23rd. For a full overview of Bungie’s answers to player questions, check out the Bungie Weekly Update here.
