A new agreement between California’s Great America and EA will bring a “dynamic new attraction” to the amusement park based around the Mass Effect series.

The attraction is described as a “first-of-it’s-kind guest experience” that will bring the characters and settings from the Mass Effect series to life.

Attendees will “climb aboard motion-based seating and wear 3D glasses, live performances will curate the journey and interact seamlessly with the next generation 3D visual.”

California’s Great America Vice President, Raul Rehnborg stated, “Partnering with a world-wide gaming leader like EA will enable us to build an incredible user experience for our guests”.

The vice president of entertainment and licensing at EA, Patrick O’Brien, followed this by saying, “EA and BioWare are thrilled to partner with Great America and see one of our most iconic games turned into an exciting high-tech attraction”.

Mass Effect: Andromeda, the next installment of the epic series is set to be released in fall of 2016 on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4.
