EA is to add more servers to cope with the high number of players on PC.
Taking to Twitter EA said “A lot of interest around the beta. We’re bringing more PC servers online and appreciate your patience“.
The open beta which is available on PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One consists of three modes, Drop-Zone, Survival and Walker Assault. It also includes legendary Star Wars characters Luke Skywalker and Darth Vadar and takes place across three planets.
The open beta is planned to close on October 12th across all three platforms. While it is taking place players can experience the Star Wars Battlefront Companion which “features the strategic card game Base Command, and lets you earn in-game Credits that unlock Star Cards, weapons, and more” for the full game.
Star Wars Battlefront will launch on November 17th for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
