Between mobiles games, a new loyalty program, and the NX, Nintendo is looking to have a very strong year in 2016. How it will all turn out, only time will tell, but for now Nintendo of America President, Reggie Fils-Aime would like to shed some light on these subjects.

Speaking to Time Magazine, Fils-Aime explained how they are not just making games to be played on smart phones, but are developing new experiences that utilize all of a smartphones capabilities. “We understand that this may feel different. And that’s OK. Doing things differently isn’t something we shy away from,” he stated. If you’re a fan of the Big N, you know this to be true.

Fils-Aime went on to talk about My Nintendo, the new loyalty program that will be replacing My Club. This large vision for the feature is said to be an interactive hub so that the company will know when you’ve done anything Nintendo. Whether it be playing a console game, a mobile game, or gone on one of their rides at Universal. After which, you can be rewarded for your time spent with these things.
