Thanks to the crafty work Street Fighter V beta players, a plethora of alternate costumes for various characters have been found and leaked. The player who found these nuggets of gold have put together a video showcasing all the currently found alternate costumes. Among the costumes shown are the pre-order ‘battle costume’ for Ryu and Chun-Li.
The character costumes on display include Vega, Zangief, Laura, Dhalsim, Ryu, Karin, R. Mika, Birdie, Necalli, Cammy, Chun Li, M. Bisonand Rashid. Some characters have more than one alternate costume such as Cammy’s climber’s gear, Chun-Li’s officer uniform and Bison’s dictator uniform. These leaked costumes are not the only ones within the game, merely the found ones through datamining. There are more costumes to come not only for the original characters but the DLC characters on the horizon.
Just like DLC characters, these costumes can be bought with either premium currency or in-game earned currency to either unlock them quickly or through effort. Street Fighter V will be available in North America as of February 16th on the PC, Linux and PlayStation 4.
