Those who previously signed up for access to the DLC’s beta should be receiving invitations from Bethesda today and should be able to play immediately upon receiving the invite.
Bethesda announced the invites were going out earlier today on Twitter.

Fallout 4’s first DLC is named Automatron and launches for PS4, Xbox One and PC on Tuesday, March 22nd.
