Thanks to an Instagram post on Insomniac Game’s account, it’s discovered that Ratchet and Clank is officially gold with, most likely, finalized disc art.
For those that don’t know, the term “gold” is a term that refers to a game being fully coded, with most of the code ready for the final production of being loaded onto discs, manufactured, and then shipped out to retailers.
It’s most likely that the disc art is the final version of the art, since it was posted directly on the developer’s social network account.
Ratchet and Clank releases on PS4 on April 12th ahead of the movie adaptation of the game, which will release on April 29th.
