Atlus and SNK Playmore have released a new trailer for King of Fighters XIV. The trailer showcases a group called Team Official Invitation, which consists of Kukri, Sylvie, and Mian (three new characters in the series).

- Slyvie
One of the last remnants of NESTS, the beautiful young girl Sylvie was considered useless by the secret society until the day she demonstrated the extent of her electromagnetic powers. After the collapse of NESTS, she was scouted by the KOF tournament organizer during an underground fighting event. - Kukri
Mysterious fighter hiding his face under a hood, and working in the shadows for a secret society, Kukri can bury anyone who challenges him with his sand-based techniques. - Mian
Mian is a woman fighter who battles using moves from the traditional Chinese dancing art of the “Sichuanese Opera”. She evolves in underground tournaments along with Sylvie. Despite her high dancing skills, Mian is an extremely shy person, and doesn’t drop her mask often.
The game boasts a roster of 50 fighters, 31 returning from previous entries and 19 brand new characters. All 50 characters will be available at the game’s launch. King of Fighters XIV will release on August 23rd, exclusively for PlayStation 4.
