2K has released a new trailer for their upcoming game, Mafia III. The trailer introduces us to the game’s main protagonist, Lincoln Clay, as well as highlight some of the other characters that will appear in the game.
On the game’s official website, we are given more information about Lincoln’s backstory, along with more information on what players can expect from the game. “After years of combat in Vietnam, Lincoln Clay knows this truth: family isn’t who you’re born with, it’s who you die for. Now back home in New Bordeaux, Lincoln is set on escaping a criminal past. But when his surrogate family, the black mob, is betrayed and wiped out by the Italian Mafia, Lincoln builds a new family on the ashes of the old and blazes a path of military-grade revenge through those responsible.”
2K has also released a trailer showing off the game’s preorder bonuses. Players who preorder Mafia III will receive The Family Kick-Back pack for the game. This pack will include three exclusive cars and weapons that will allow players cruise the streets of New Bordeaux in style.
Mafia III is set to release on October 7th on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
