Since the series first began in 2007, Assassin’s Creed has seen a multitude of sequels and spinoffs, all set in various times in history. With so many titles in the franchise, there has been a variety of receptions for the separate games. Unfortunately, not all of them have been very positive. Luckily for us, it seems that Ubisoft knows which assassin has fans coming back for more.
Ezio is not only the most well received character of the Assassin’s Creed franchise, he has also become one of the most beloved heroes in recent video games. According to recent update in the Korean Game Rating Board, he may be getting his own collection. The Ezio Collection was rated on this board on both the PS4 and Xbox One with the Korean equivalent of Mature.
It seems logical to think that the Ezio Collection would have a relation to the Ezio trilogy released on PS3 and Xbox 360. This included Assassin’s Creed 2, Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood, and Assassin’s Creed: Revelations. Could this be a high definition remastering of that trilogy?
There has been no acknowledgement from Ubisoft themselves yet, so we’ll just have to be patient. In the meantime, we can look forward to seeing Michael Fassbender on the big screen as an assassin himself.
