A new character for the upcoming Berserk Musou game has been revealed. Nosferatu Zodd, a reoccurring antagonist in the the Berserk series will be a playable character in the game. Zodd will be playable in both his human form as well as his demon form. It has also been revealed that Guts will have access to the Berserk armor in the game as well.

The Berserk Musou is being developed by Omega Force games and Koei Tecmo, the creators of the Dynasty Warriors series. The game is set to cover both the Golden Age as well as the The Hawk of the Millennium Arcs of the Manga, including a diverse cast of characters to choose from throughout the story. It has also been confirmed that the many of the voice actors from the Berserk Movie trilogy will be coming back to voice their roles.

The original manga was released on August 25, 1989. The series is still ongoing and has spawned two anime adaptations, as well as three films.

The game is set to release in Japan on October 27th of this year, while the English version of the game is planned to be released sometime this fall. It will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita and PC.
