Capcom has announced that their latest game, Resident Evil HD, has surpassed the one million units sold worldwide as of this past week.
A blog post on Capcom’s website confirmed the news that the survival horror game, released in January of this year on PS4, Xbox One, PS3, Xbox 360 and PC, had reached the milestone.
“[Resident Evil HD’s success] is in part because the dev team made a great product, but also because of the excellent word of mouth and general praise fans shared about the title,” the post reads. “We want to thank everyone for rediscovering this modern classic – or thank you for trying it for the first time.”
