Today Nintendo had their  yearly financial results briefing. Luckily, they mostly had positive news about their financial situation. But Satoru Iwata also addressed concerns that people are having about the company. Among these concerns was the shortage of Amiibo. He has stated that he is aware of the shortages and says that Nintendo is looking to fix the issue by increasing the stock of rare and highly requested Amiibo, as well as some figures that are needed for gameplay.

Sadly, Iwata did not include a time frame for the amiibo production with his statement, so we’ll have to wait and see.
