Tom Clancy’s The Division will be released on March 8, 2016.

Announced during Ubisoft’s E3 press conference, the action RPG will be released on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC next year after a beta is available to fans at the beginning of the year.

The game was originally scheduled to be released in 2014 but has faced multiple delays.

“It is never an easy decision to move a launch date,” Ubisoft CEO Yves Guillemot said.

Currently being developed Ubisoft Massive, Red Storm Entertainment, Ubisoft Reflections and Ubisoft Annecy, Guillemot said that each day of being delayed has “always benefited the company.”

Delays for The Division may be welcomed by Ubisoft fans after many believe Assassin’s Creed Unity was released last year before it was truly ready.
