News broke before E3 this was happening – but now Nintendo has officially made the announcement, with it comes some new screenshots (below) and more details such as a new feature whereby you’re able to switch characters on the go:
“Additional new features, such as the ability to switch between different characters on the fly, allow you to strategically position characters and defeat foes in all-new ways like never before..”
In Hyrule Warriors you hack and slash your way through waves of familiar enemies from the Legend of Zelda universe, as you advance you unlock new characters with specific moves and abilities, collect rupees to upgrade weapons and badges – which can be applied to characters to bolster their abilities.
Hyrule Warriors Legends is penned in for an early 2016 release for the Nintendo 3DS.
