Among the great reveals Microsoft gave audiences during their press conference at E3, ReCore seemed to be one of the most intriguing. This may be because the lack of information surrounding the title, besides the fact it is exclusive to Xbox and that it is designed by Megaman creator Keiji Inafune.
Today Xbox shared some more details on ReCore from an interview with Inafune and Armature Studios game director, Mark Pacini. The main character seen in the trailer is named Jewel. She is one of the few humans left in the world. Her only companion is the dog-like robot we saw with her, Mack. As the trailer hinted at, Mack’s consciousness can be transferred into different robot bodies thought the game.
While Jewel and Mack are on a quest to save the world that remains, there is another faction of robots that exist only to stop them. The player will have to decide just how they will survive and save the world. Hopefully mor details for ReCore will comes soon. Check out the full interview below:
