The beta version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is now available to all with a PC or an Xbox One. Previously, you had to have a preorder code or a beta code from some other means to play but now the beta is available to all.
The beta for PC and Xbox One opened on August 26th and will run through tomorrow, August 30th.
