The ESL One will be returning to Madison Square this year. The competition will be held on the 3rd and 4th of October. You are now also allowed to sign up for the open qualifiers for the event. This gives anyone the chance to earn their their place at the main event.
The qualifiers will be available for three regions; US, EU and SEA. The qualifiers for Europe and South East Asia begin on Saturday the 22nd of August, at 10:00 CEST. The open qualifiers are free to join, with three slots for European and four for South East Asian teams. No information has been released yet for the US open qualifiers.
Up until the round of 16 all games will be best of one. Starting at the round of 16 and continuing to the finals, all games will be best of three. Sign up for Europe Open Qualifiers can be found here. Sign up for SEA Open Qualifiers can be found here.
