Halo 5: Guardians will take up a hefty 46.19 GB when installed on the Xbox One.

If you’re using the standard 500 GB model of the console, that makes up 13% of the usable space of that hard drive (roughly 362 GB is actually available for use). You may want to start clearing out your hard drive now before the game arrives.

When released, Halo 5 will be the eighth largest install size of games on the Xbox One to date. The entire list, courtesy of finder.com.au can be seen below.

  1. Halo: The Master Chief Collection – 11-Nov-14 – 62.740
  2. The Elder Scrolls Online: Tamriel Unlimited – 9-Jun-15 – 55.690
  3. Grand Theft Auto V – 18-Nov-14 – 49.030
  4. Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare – 3-Nov-14 – 48.970
  5. Call of Duty: Black Ops III – 6-Nov-15 – 48.970
  6. NBA 2K15 – 7-Oct-14 – 46.610
  7. Battlefield Hardline – 17-Mar-15 – 46.240
  8. Halo 5: Guardians – 27-Oct-15 – 46.19
  9. Forza Motorsport 6 – 15-Sep-15 – 45.860
  10. Dragon Age: Inquisition – 18-Nov-14 – 45.250

Just a quick glance at this list, and it’s no wonder Microsoft has begun venturing into selling 1 TB Xbox One systems. Just owning and installing a few of these titles results in your hard drive reaching full capacity.

Halo 5: Guardians will release exclusively for Xbox One on October 27. Don’t worry – there will be plenty of more Halo games after it.  Check out all of our Halo news below:
