NetherRealm Studios have hinted at an upcoming character DLC pack for Mortal Kombat X, however the studio has not explicitly revealed which characters will be featured in the pack.

The image you see below was shared by the studio’s creative director Ed Boon, and was accompanied with the tagline “tomorrow?” It’s not exactly easy to make out the characters that will be released in the forthcoming DLC pack from the photo, even with the brightness turned up.

This isn’t the first DLC to be available for Mortal Kombat X, as NetherRealm recently released the Kombat Pack last month, bringing characters such as Predator, Jason Vorhees, Tanya and Tremor. The studio dubbed this “Kombat Pack 1”, so we should expect to see a few more Kombat Packs in the future.

It is unknown whether season pass holders of the game will get the upcoming character DLC pack for free.
