Microsoft is taking on a lot of work as of lately, with the upcoming overhaul of the Xbox One interface in November and several other features they add monthly. On twitter, the famed Xbox One boss discussed a request from a fan that many Xbox One users have been clamoring for. Background music.
Phil Spencer stated on twitter “It’s in the list of things we want to do, just behind other work we are doing right now.”. From the sounds of it, it doesn’t sound like we’re going to get this feature until sometime after the “Xbox One Experience”.
However, users in the meantime can listen to the Xbox One music app that was recently re-branded from Xbox One Music to Groove.
