In a Q&A recently released by the company, it was confirmed that players will be able to create up to four character per account in Ubisoft’s upcoming action/rpg game, The Division.
Lars Vincent, the associate lead UI artist explains, “You can have up to four characters running at the same time. You just have to choose in the start menu which one you want and go with that.
It seems to operate similar to that in Destiny where you are able to jump between characters at any time. “It’s pretty cool because you can play with your friends at different levels at different times. So if one of my friends starts playing The Division I can join him, I can create a new character, help him out, I can show him the ropes.”
The Division will be released on PS4, Xbox One and PC on March 8; however, before that it will see life in the form of a public beta on Xbox One in December followed by PS4 and PC early next year.
