The Xbox One will be receiving a new update for all users soon (and is currently available to testers), that will include a variety of new social features, but will also introduce the option to move your pins around. Larry Hyrb (Major Nelson) has posted a video via his Twitter page showing what you can do.
We have been told at this stage that the update should be introduced “in a few weeks.”

Other features included will allow you to see who is in a party prior to joining as well as a Gamerscore leaderboard to the ‘Achievements’ section of your XBL profile.
The last Xbox One system update was delivered in November and completely changed how the Xbox One menus looks and feels, as well as provided support for Xbox 360 games.
