Hidden in their third-quarter sales report is a major game reveal that could launch earlier than anticipated.
Titles slated for release in 2016/2017 by the developer mentioned in the report include “the next installment of Watch_Dogs“, confirming Watch_Dogs 2 is not only in development, but is expected to launch within the next 12 months. Other titles on the list include Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon WildLands and South Park: The Fractured But Whole.
Also confirmed by CFO Alain Martinez during an earnings call with investors is that the publisher plans to release an unannounced Triple-A IP in the coming fiscal year. The title is referred to in the report as “a new high-potential AAA brand with strong digital live services.”
