In preparation for the release of Forza Horizon 3, Microsoft has announced that they will be offering gamers an opportunity to experience what the series has to offer before the game releases later this year. Forza Motorsport 6 will be free to play this weekend. This weekend, all Xbox Gold members have access to this event until 11:59 PM PT August 28th.
Forza Horizon 3 was announced at this year’s E3 press conference. This new entry into the series will bring the series to Australia, which in turn mean that the tracks will be over twice as large as they were in previous titles. The game will also feature online features that will assure that you stay connected with the large community that exists online.
Along with the increase in track size and improved online features, the game will also include over 450 new cars, along with dynamic game play and visuals that highlight just what the Xbox One is capable of.
Forza Horizon 3 will also take advantage of Microsoft’s new Play Anywhere program. This program allows players to play their games on both Xbox One and PCs that are running Windows 10.
Forza Horizon 3 is expected to launch on Xbox One and Windows 10 on September 27th of this year.
