Refactored Games has announced that their game, Unclaimed World, will be coming out of Steam Early Access. The game allows players to take control of a space colony that has recently been established on a new planet in the galaxy.
According to the game’s Steam page, which gives us more details on the game, “You settle on the frontier by carefully managing resources, production and different personalities. Characters and alien wildlife are brought to life through a rigorous simulation and the game plays out as a tug-of-war between humans and nature on a planet full of opportunities and dangers.”
Unclaimed World is Refactored’s first game that showcases the unique talent that the studio has to offer.
On the official website for Unclaimed World, the developers explain their current plans for Early Access and what type of content will be added into the game. “During Early Access, we have released the game gradually, adding more content, scenarios and open-ended maps, each major version presenting new situations from centuries of colonization. We can tell stories from any point in the colonization history – exploring many possible futures which each have one thing in common: The colony’s technology regresses and the descendants must resort to simple technology.”
Unclaimed Worlds is expected to have its full release on October 4th on PC.
