We knew that the Xbox One and PC beta periods for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 would come after the PlayStation 4 beta. Activision has now released the dates for the Xbox One and PC beta.
The Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 beta for Xbox One and PC will run August 26th through August 30th. This comes just a few days after the PlayStation 4’s beta, which takes place August 19-23.
Activision and Treyarch have not yet revealed which maps or modes will be featured in the beta. The announcement only states that “During the beta, fans will have the opportunity to try the new momentum-based, chained movement system, find the perfect Specialist to fit their play style, get a feel for the new multiplayer maps, and more.”
Only those who have preordered Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 will be able to participate in the beta.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 releases on November 6th. The game will release on PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. The game will feature a zombie mode, which will star Jeff Goldblum and Ron Perlman.
