The Iron Banner crucible event returned to Destiny this past week, but it didn’t quite go as smoothly as usual.
Players were experiencing regular ‘Anteater’ disconnects and experience and rewards were not always being applied.
According to Bungie, these issues are now resolved, they posted on Twitter saying the following:
“Issues impacting some players’ ability to gain Iron Banner reputation and rewards has been resolved. Thank you for your patience.”
However, users are still reporting issues with rep gains during the event.
In direct response to the issues being resolved, Zacharias koehler posted saying, “no it has not I can not receive rank…”.
“Just finished a game and it took my 3 medallions but did not give me the rep that I should have recieved. What gives?” says Twitter user Jack Lauer.
Jerry is facing similar problems reporting “I’m not getting rep intermittently? I just played a match, went to the tower and I didn’t gain any rep.”
As of yet, Bungie hasn’t commented about why some players are still experiencing issues.
Destiny is out now for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One.
