Capcom has released this month’s free set of downloadable content for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, bringing a new mix of quests, weapons and armour to the base game.
The pack contains 12 new quests (including two arena challenges), five new weapons, a new full armour set, a new palico companion called Olliver and four unique armour pieces. There’s also new minor things in the fresh guild background and eight new guild titles.
Our favourites included the Bug Hunters Inc quests tasking you with hunting giant Bnahabara, “A Small Mountain to Scale,” which involves fighting Hunter-scaled large monsters, the Teddybear Hammer, The MH4U in-game hoodie and the Melodic Palico armour set – If your newfound friend Olliver wants to dress up as a classical composer, he can!

In order to grab this fresh content, load up your Nintendo 3DS and connect to the internet. Then navigate to the DLC menu within Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate and select your downloads.
